rowing up in Connecticut, Dvorin explored his love for cooking in his mother's kitchen. Summer vacations in Israel included learning more about cooking in his grandmother's kitchen. His experiences of traveling to Israel to visit family in the summers expanded his cultural and culinary knowledge and inspired him to pursue cooking professionally.

vorin attended the prestigious Culinary Arts Institute in Hyde Park, New York. He then moved to Boulder, Colorado, to work as a grill chef for the renowned Flagstaff House Restaurant. Over a decade in Colorado offered opportunities to work at The Broker Inn, Denver Country Club & Hotel Boulderado. His growing experience led to consulting work such as menu development for Noodles & Co. Also, upon moving to Austin, Dvorin had a brief stint consulting with Austin Independent School District on efforts to create healthier school lunch menus. 

lso a well-traveled musician, Dvorin explored the many culinary offerings in different regions of America before he moved to Austin. While working with other catering companies, like 34th Street Catering, Primizie and Austin Catering, Dvorin began catering private dinners, providing personal chef services, and delivering meals for businesses and families. Clients have included Facebook, Texas Governor Rick Perry, The Independent Film Channel at SXSW, The Sierra Club, University of Texas, University of Phoenix, KB Homes, The Calendar Club, KGSR-FM, KUT, & Seton Hospital.
